Was serviced today by Dash, and to say she was phenomenal is an understatement! I actually ended up asking if she was a manager because her professionalism and customer service were on a completely different level. She made me feel genuinely welcomed, was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work, and it really showed. Dash made the entire experience enjoyable, and she's exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have. I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service she provided!

This is such a nice place and the food is so incredible! It was my first time at this location as I just moved into the area and the staff and experience is just as perfect as the other locations! Today I got their yuzu pink summer smoothy and the hemp bowl! Devoured both! So fresh and filling! Staff even surprised me with a banana bowl with peanut butter for my puppy <3 he loved it so much! This location will be my new smoothie bowl spot! So tasty, so good, so worth it! **yes, there's a puppy eating the banana bowl <3

Stopped by Playa Bowls in Pompano Beach and was seriously impressed! The shop was spotless, bright, and had a fun tropical vibe that immediately put us in beach mode. The menu had tons of options, from açaí bowls and smoothies to fresh juices, making it easy for everyone to find something they loved. The bowl was incredibly fresh, loaded with fruit, and the portions were generous. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions about the menu. If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack, or post-beach treat, this place is a must-visit. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Pompano Beach! 🌴🍍 Highly recommend Playa Bowls for anyone visiting the area! 🍍🌴

First time here and I enjoyed my bowl!! I loved the attention from the staff, the only thing that made it a 2 star and not a 5 is that there was only 1 employee. When we sat down to eat and seeing a line of 10 people waiting to be attended and 5 people waiting for food made me feel bad for the employee. I hope this place hires another person when I come back to enjoy another bowl, then it will be a 5 star.
